The investigation has brought charges against five people in the criminal case of the Listvyazhnaya mine incident in Kuzbass: mine director Sergei Mahrakov, his first deputy Andrei Molostov, site manager Sergei Gerasimenko, and chief state inspectors of the Belovsky District Territorial Department. department of Rostechnadzor Sergey Vinokurov and Vyacheslav Semikin. This was announced to TASS by the official representative of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation Svetlana Petrenko.                                                                                       "Mahrakov, Molostov and Gerasimenko are accused of committing a crime under paragraph 3 of Art. 217 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Violation of the requirements for industrial safety in hazardous production facilities, leading to the death of two or more persons due to negligence), and Vinokurov and Semikin - under paragraph 3 of Art. 293 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Negligence that led to the death of two or more persons")", Petrenko said.

She noted that the investigation will request the arrest of all the accused.
