Edi Rama meets Vucic and Zaev in Elbasan

 


 Instead of Tirana, Albanian Prime Minister Edi Rama met with Macedonian Prime Minister Zoran Zaev and Serbian President Alexander Vucic in Elbasan ahead of their participation in the Open Balkans regional initiative, Skopje-based Alast M reported.

According to the announced agenda, Zaev and Vucic are due to arrive in Elbasan at 18:30, and the official dinner is scheduled for 19:30 local time.

The dinner will be attended by delegations from the three parties, including ministers and deputy ministers, the presidents of the Chambers of Commerce, Jim O'Brien, senior adviser to the Atlantic Council, and Alex Soros, vice president of the Open Society.

 The seventh meeting of the Open Balkans initiative will take place on Tuesday at the Palace of Brigades in Tirana. The delegations will arrive at nine o'clock, after which they will hold a tripartite meeting of Rama, Zaev and Vucic, and half an hour later, at 9:30 am is the official start of the meeting.
