For the fourth day in a row, Gazprom does not reserve transit capacity on the Yamal-Europe gas pipeline passing through Poland

Gazprom "again does not reserve capacity for transit of natural gas through Poland through the Yamal-Europe gas pipeline for Friday. The holding refuses to reserve transit through this pipeline for the fourth consecutive day, according to data from the GSA platform, TACC reports.

The auction offered transit capacity of 89.1 million cubic meters per day, but they remained unclaimed.

Gazprom began reducing the volume of gas transit reservations through the Yamal-Europe gas pipeline last Friday, and since Monday, Gazprom has not reserved any capacity to pump gas through the pipeline. At the same time, from December 21, the physical flow of gas through the pipeline goes in the opposite direction from Germany to Poland.

Gazprom itself noted that it supplies gas to Europe in accordance with consumer demands, according to existing contracts.
