Greek Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis is visiting Sofia on Monday to meet with newly elected Bulgarian Prime Minister Kiril Petkov and President Rumen Petkov, the online edition of the Athens daily Kathimerini reported.
The meeting with Petkov, whose new centrist faction "We continue to change" (PP) won the third national elections in Bulgaria this November, is scheduled for the morning hours of the day.
At 11:00, Mitsotakis will meet with President Rumen Radev, who won a second term last month.
Talks are expected to focus on the COVID-19 pandemic, political developments in the Balkans, energy and migration.
