The G7 called on Kosovo and Serbia to resume dialogue immediately

 


 The foreign ministers of the seven most developed democracies, the G-7, who met last weekend in Liverpool, pledged to be strongly committed to issues related to the Western Balkans, writes the Pristina newspaper Zeri.

"We emphasized the importance of supporting the European perspective, stability and security in the Western Balkans," said Elizabeth Truss, the United Kingdom's Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs, Community and Development, as chair of the G7 Foreign Affairs. "We have called on Kosovo and Serbia to engage constructively in the EU-mediated dialogue to normalize relations and make progress without further delay," Truss added.
