This is oppression, these are janissaries

Croatian President Zoran Milanovic estimated that the changes in the Law on Protection of the Population from Infectious Diseases, with which the government plans to introduce fines ranging from 30,000 (nearly 7,800 levs) to 50,000 kuna (nearly 13,000 levs) for those responsible observe the obligation to present Covid-passports, "it is not a law, but an oppression", the information portal Index.hr reports.

"I am a responsible person, I run the army. "Unless you are in the military, you cannot enter the president's office," Milanovic said, adding that this was not a coincidence, "so that the president would not be subjected to oppression by petty thieves and politicians." He said people come to the president's office by invitation or do not go there at all.

"People come to the president's office either by invitation or not at all. Or theoretically, in the case of a crime, with a court order. This is not a law, this is oppression, these are janissaries, "he said.
