An earthquake measuring 3.4 on the Richter scale was registered in Slovenia

 


 An earthquake measuring 3.4 on the Richter scale was registered in Slovenia in the late afternoon, according to the official website of the European Mediterranean Seismological Center (EMSC).

The quake had an epicenter 58km southwest of the Croatian capital Zagreb and 8km southeast of Novo Mesto in Slovenia. The earthquake was very shallow, and according to various sources its depth was up to 2 km.

No injuries or damage were reported.
