Ukraine is ready for any format of talks with Russia, but would like to see a strong Western policy of sanctions against Moscow to avoid further escalation, Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky said at a summit in Brussels on Wednesday, Reuters reports.
The leaders of France, Germany and Ukraine on Wednesday tried to resume talks with Russia, while continuing to put pressure on Moscow to deter what the West said could be preparations for a new attack on Ukrainian territory.
