The NATO-Russia Council will meet on 12 January


 

 The North Atlantic Alliance confirmed a meeting of the NATO-Russia Council (NRC) on 12 January and called on the Russian Federation to "take into account the Alliance's concerns". This is stated in a statement received on TASS by a spokesman for NATO's press service.

"NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg, as President of the NATO-Russia Council, convened a meeting of this Council on 12 January 2022," the press service said. It stressed that "dialogue with Russia must be conducted on the basis of reciprocity in order to address NATO's concerns about Russia's actions."
