As long as the Bulgarian parliament's resolution remains in force, it will be difficult to reach an agreement

In an interview with Skopje's Alfa TV, VMRO-DPMNE Chairman Hristian Mickoski warned that there is no politician in northern Macedonia who would accept the Bulgarian parliament's resolution to be part of the negotiating framework or part of the talks between the two countries.

Mickovski stressed that he personally does not intend to negotiate with Sofia when VMRO-DPMNE comes to power if the Bulgarian parliament's declaration becomes part of the negotiating framework.

"I do not expect anything dramatic to change, because I am deeply convinced that there are no plans" 5 + 1 "," 3-2 "," 8 + 6 ", or whatever you want to call them. There is a resolution of the Bulgarian Parliament. And while there is this resolution, there is no politician - believe me, we must be honest with the citizens, I will not be Bujar Osmani, Zoran Zaev or Kovachevski. There are points in this resolution that are unacceptable for us as a nation, even for politicians like Zoran Zaev. Because this resolution is a serious denial and assimilation. As long as this resolution exists, there will be no agreement. Which would mean that we will have a "stuck" process of European integration, "Mickoski said.
