What are the strangest Guinness World Records for 2021

Many achievements entered the Guinness Book of Records in 2021. Some are strange and others impressive, summarizes the publication from the United Arab Emirates Al-Ain

The idea for the Guinness Book of World Records originated in the early 1950s, when Sir Hugh Beaver (1890-1967), managing director of the Guinness Brewery, went hunting in Wexford.

During the hunt, a dispute broke out between Sir Beaver and the other participants over the fastest bird in Europe. The hunters never reached an agreement, did not find an answer in any directory.

In 1954, remembering the controversy, he decided to create a Guinness Book of Records, which had to be placed in pubs so that visitors could easily resolve any disputes.

Sir Beaver asked the twins Norris (1925-2004) and Ross McWirter (1925-1975) and those interested in gathering facts to compile a book containing unusual achievements and numbers.

For the past 60 years, the Guinness Book of Records has occupied an important place in the hearts of people interested in unusual achievements and numbers. In addition, it continues to be an absolute bestseller around the world.
