A man raped a transgender man on a Moscow train, mistaken him for a woman, EA Daily reports.
The boy, a native of Orel, was taking hormonal drugs to change his voice and figure, as he felt like a girl locked in a man's body. The young man was wearing women's clothing and really looked like a member of the fair sex.
At the Kursk railway station in the capital, the transsexual meets 22-year-old Sergei L. and asks him to help him buy a ticket to Tver. During their acquaintance, Sergei was drunk and did not refuse to help. The young people boarded the train together and boarded the rear cabin near the Hippodrome station. There, the man began showing the "girl" pornography on the phone and harassing her. The victim tried to resist, even admitting that she was not actually a girl. In the end, however, the drunken Sergei did not stop.
Investigators from Russia's Investigative Committee later detained the 22-year-old stubborn man and the case was brought to court. The accused believes that the relationship was made by mutual consent.
