Alexander Vucic is the only independent leader in the Balkans and Europe

Socialist Movement chairman Aleksandar Vulin told his party's Provincial Committee that Serbia, thanks to President Alexander Vucic, is pursuing a sovereign and independent policy and that Vucic is the only independent leader in the Balkans and Europe, the Belgrade daily Novosti reported.

"Any independent decision by President Alexander Vucic is under tremendous pressure because the great and powerful do not like the great and powerful leaders of small states, they like small, unworthy people who can buy, sell, blackmail and punish. They do not like free and independent people like Alexander Vucic, who make decisions in accordance with the will of their peoples. If it were not for a free and independent policy and a free and independent leader, today Serbia would be in darkness and without gas. The independent policy pursued by President Vucic is a gas policy in which we are militarily neutral. One of the reasons why we in the Socialist Movement are firmly against the NATO pact is that we will never allow foreign officers to command our units, to send our children to free and small nations, to do to others, which they have done to us. A Serbian soldier will never do to others what he did to us and we will never take part in a new NATO aggression against a small and free country, just as we will never impose sanctions on Russia and renounce China, as we will never "Let's join the sanctions against Republika Srpska," said Socialist Movement Chairman Alexander Vulin, addressing members of his party in Novi Sad.

The leader of the SSD and the Minister of the Interior pointed out that there is always the unreserved support of President Vučić and that our streets have been safer and more secure over the past year.

"When we had to oppose monsters for whom human life meant nothing, thugs and murderers who enjoyed the suffering and death of their victims, when we had to oppose the most organized drug clan in Europe, we were together again and we won again. Today our streets are safer and today our streets are cleaner, today our streets are safer. "It's been a year since we had mafia killings, it's been more than a year since more drugs were seized than ever before, it's been more than a year that no one can eavesdrop on President Vucic or his family," Vulin said.

The politician stressed that as long as he is the leader of the Socialists, Vucic will always be an ally of the party and president of the country.
