The Greek Ministry of Defense said on Saturday that the government's decision to purchase three French Belhara frigates was final, according to the online edition of the Greek newspaper Kathimerini.
Negotiations on French ships worth about 3 billion euros ($ 3.51 billion) are reported to be completed soon so that the deal can be ratified by parliament.
