Who are the future ministers in RSM from "Alternative"

The Skopje-based TV channel Thelma has some of the profiles of the people who will run several key institutions in the new government of the Republic of Macedonia.

The most responsible position during the Covid-19 pandemic was given to Bekim Sally as Minister of Health. His professional engagement so far is in private dental practice, but according to the TV channel it is not clear how he will cope in his new official role. During a power supply crisis, Macedonian electricity operator MEPSO will be headed by Orhan Murtezani, a former director of Rail Transport and one of the founders of the Alternative party. The most controversial is the future deputy speaker of parliament, Husni Ismaili, who has been charged by the Anti-Corruption Commission.

The anti-corruption commission recently announced the name of the future deputy speaker of parliament, Husni Ismaili, a position that was ceded to Alternative with the consent to join the government. Ismaili is already an MP, but the Anti-Corruption Commission has indicted him for abuse of office while he was culture minister. According to the information, Ismaili as a minister has signed over 100 projects outside the financial plans, worth 33 million denars (over one million levs). According to the Penal Code, the punishment for the crime he committed and the damages caused is at least 5 years in prison, but he currently has parliamentary immunity.

"Alternative" announced yesterday the names of several future directors, among which the most famous is Orhan Murtezani, who will be the director of MEPSO. He is a spokesman and one of the founders of "Alternative", but also a former director of "Railway Transport". In his latest statement, he declined to comment on his readiness to run MEPSO, one of the most troubled companies during the energy crisis.
