The leaders of the oil and gas companies topped this year's ranking of the highest salaries in Russia in 2021. Their income is 3 million dollars a year, which is 9% more than in 2020, writes Forbes magazine.
The second place in the ranking is occupied by the executive directors of the companies from the heavy industry. Their revenue is $ 2.2 million, which is 20% more than the previous year. In third place are telecommunications executives with revenues of $ 1.9 million, which is 46% more than in 2020.
Next in the ranking are the top managers of commercial and investment banks, retail chains, transport, insurance and construction companies, consumer goods manufacturers, agricultural holdings and pharmaceutical companies.
The ranking of the 12 industries in the Russian economy with the highest level of remuneration of executives this year is based on data from six consulting agencies specializing in the selection of senior executives: Ward Howell, RosExpert, Odgers Berndtson, Horton International, Transearch, Recruitment SMArt boutique, explains Forbes.
