The problems of the Prespa Agreement are obvious, but the agreements must be respected, and the Greek authorities will do just that. This was emphasized by the Minister of Foreign Affairs of our southern neighbor Nikos Dendias during a parliamentary debate on the directions of foreign policy in 2022, the Macedonian Information Agency (MIA) reports.
"In the Western Balkans, we are contributing to the region overcoming its past, becoming part of the principles and values of the European Union. The problems of the Prespa Agreement are obvious, but on the principle of pacta sunt servanda, we continue to strive to implement it with good will, implementation and interpretation in order to move our region forward, "the agency quoted Dendias as saying.
