Washington is ready to discuss the "full list of problems" with Moscow

The United States needs further consultations with the European Union and the Russian Federation before approving the format of any meeting of NATO leaders with Moscow, according to The Wall Street Journal, citing a source in the Washington administration.

"One of the high-ranking representatives of the Biden administration pointed out that additional consultations would be needed before the format of any negotiations could be agreed," the newspaper said. "In the next few days, we will obviously continue negotiations with our European partners. "We intend to continue negotiations with our Russian partners in order to find a way forward," the newspaper quoted its source as saying. "Of course, we are ready to talk to the Russian side about this complete list of problems," he added.
