In addition to the schedule, the conclusion states that the Council of the European Union insists on compliance with and implementation of Macedonia's bilateral agreements with Greece and Bulgaria and welcomes the progress in the country's reforms, which allowed negotiations to begin in March last year.

"We welcome progress in the rule of law and the fight against corruption and organized crime. The Council encourages all parties to continue to deepen the momentum of reform and to improve constructive dialogue. "

In the area of the judiciary, the Council notes the need to implement the existing legal framework in line with Union standards, which will ensure the impartiality and professional functioning of the system.
