In response to Blinken's letter, Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti vowed that he could not wait to start working with the US.

"Kosovo is grateful to the United Nations for Technical Engagement to normalize relations between Kosovo and Serbia through a legally binding agreement with the ultimate goal of mutual recognition. I pay tribute to Secretary Blinken's letter and his support for our priorities in the area of equity and justice.
