Europe is close to war

 


 "The risk of war in the OSCE area now appears to be greater than ever in the last 30 years," Polish Foreign Minister Zbigniew Rau, who currently chairs the Vienna-based intergovernmental body, writes the EU Observer.

Russia's Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov said the same day that Russia saw no reason to continue talks with NATO because its demands were being ignored.
