Spanish court allows mother not to vaccinate her son "due to scientific uncertainty"

 



 The court in the Canary Islands ruled in favor of a woman who opposed the vaccination against coronavirus of her minor child, writes El Confidencial.

It's about a 15-year-old teenager. His father supports his son's vaccination against Kovid, his mother is against the vaccination. "Given the current scientific uncertainty regarding the coronavirus vaccine and taking into account the precautionary principle that should guide any action, especially with regard to a minor, we must attribute the decision-making power to the mother," the court said order.

 At the same time, according to the newspaper El Confidencial, the teenager himself openly stated his desire to be vaccinated against covid.
