The statement by former Deputy Prime Minister for European Affairs of the Republic of Macedonia Nikola Dimitrov on Wednesday made it clear that the Skopje government has a clear intention to commit national treason against Bulgaria, and this is very worrying for VMRO-DPMNE. This was stated by the deputy chairman of the largest opposition party, Alexander Nikolovski, quoted by Skopje's TV 21.
"I am really worried, we have been saying for a long time that there is a capitulation policy towards Bulgaria. "I think Macedonia's position is clear and harmonized in the Assembly and voted by all deputies with the joint declaration proposed by VMRO-DPMNE, and all deputies voted, including the SDSM and DUI deputies," Nikoloski said.
He pointed out that there are strong doubts that the government does not comply with the resolution, because one of the demands is that any agreement or any conclusions on relations between the Macedonia and Bulgaria be submitted to parliament, and the government is fleeing such a dialogue.
"We see that the government is quietly abdicating from this work, we also see servility. For example, Slavi Trifunov completely insulted the Macedonian people, I asked for a reaction from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, it did not happen, and this is a man whose party is the second party in the Bulgarian government, "Nikolovski said.
