Addressing an open session of the Iranian parliament on Sunday, its Speaker Mohammad Bagher Galibaf spoke about the role of Lieutenant General Kasem Soleimani in the region, Iranian news agency Mehr reported.
Speaking about the regional impact of the martyrdom of General Suleimani and other martyrs such as Abu Mahdi al-Muhandis, Galibaf said the United States was on the verge of complete expulsion from the region.
He went on to say that "with the support of the nations of the region, God willing, the full withdrawal of the United States will take place soon."
