VMRO-DPMNE will not accept agreements crossing the red lines of the Skopje Assembly, they want a note to Bulgaria because of Trifonov's statements

It is unacceptable for the opposition VMRO-DPMNE that the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of  Macedonia has not reacted to the positions of the leader of "There is such a people" Slavi Trifonov, reports the Skopje TV channel "Channel 5".

The party's deputy chairman, Alexander Nikolovski, who chairs the National Council for European Integration, reiterated that VMRO-DPMNE would not support a decision outside the Macedonian Parliament's resolution, which outlined Skopje's red lines.

Trifonov's statements are viewed by the government of our southwestern neighbor as his personal position, desires and views, on which macedonian's negotiations with the Union do not depend. MP Zekir Ramcilovic is optimistic that a solution will be found and that Macedonian identity will not be negotiated, according to the resolution.

Both the government and the opposition are of the opinion that the Macedonia should not secede from Albania on the date of the start of negotiations with the EU, following statements by Albanian Prime Minister Edi Rama that they will seek secession if Bulgaria vetoes after the first six months. this year.
